During the winter months, we require daily bodywork and movement to improve our blood constitution, lymph movement, digestion and immunity.
Harmonising these integral systems in a conscious way supports our health and provides deeper levels of vitality and aliveness during this restorative time of the year.
Of all the critical functions within the body, digestion is absolutely essential for our health and wellbeing.
As well as digesting our food physically, the body also digests emotions, experiences and thoughts we have during the day.
Stress, busyness and lack of attention often prevent us from digesting to the best of our ability. This can lead to discomfort, tiredness and other unpleasant symptoms in both our body and mind.
When we support ourselves to create healthy digestion on all levels, we free up an enormous amount of energy with which to live and enjoy our lives.
The intention of this series is to shift the energy of your afternoon, with simple practices that shall leave you feeling invigorated, centred and refreshed for the rest of your day.
Each class is 60 minutes long and takes place online via Zoom with Gregor Singleton.
