JumpStart: Health-in-Action

JumpStart: Health-in-Action (online) is a two-weekend online programme that will be an abbreviated form of our annual residential JumpStart programme.  The first weekend of the programme as the name suggests is designed to jump-start certain practices and disciplines that serve to sustain, deepen and preserve breakthroughs and new openings achieved in past transformational programmes.

The second weekend of the programme addresses your relationship with time and the way time frames your life and determines its possibilities. Human beings are trapped or caught up in time, which is sometimes called a story. In the second weekend, through rigorous interactive dialogue, we will seek to break free of the story by introducing the possibility of entering a new relationship with time.

Health as wholeness is the underlying theme of this programme, but by health we do not simply mean the absence of sickness. We mean something much different. When health is present, there exists a harmonious relationship between our inner subjective world and the outer world of things and events. In fact, to take it a step further, in true health we become ever more aware of the co-arising and mutually constitutive relationship between these two realities.

The restoration of that relationship is what we mean by health. It represents the conscious participation of a dream wherein at once we are both the dreamer and the one being dreamed. As we dream the world, the world dreams us. It is that conscious experience that is the bedrock of health in its most fundamental expression.

In the JumpStart (online) workshop, you will be equipped with the essential tools that will enable you to transform your experience of life from being something to overcome or survive to being a journey of ever unfolding possibility.
