Tensegrity is a set of disciplines that originate from a lineage of Seers and Shamans of Ancient Mexico. It is comprised of Magical Passes (movements of body and breath), practices for life-review, dreaming and silence.

The seers of this lineage were particularly interested in gathering energy lost during the course of ones life, especially those moments in which a high concentration of energy was present – such as strong emotional reactions to events or others. This practice is known as Recapitulation.

Over the course of this series we shall learn Magical Passes connected with Recapitulation and the ‘Usted Form’ – a special configuration these movements which acknowledge and presence our Energy Body; the part of our Being which guides us and connects us with Infinity.

Each class shall complete with a period of silence and recapitulation practice guided by the facilitator.

Concord Institute Tensegrity facilitators have been trained and certified by Cleargreen, the organisation founded by Carlos Castaneda to teach and promote Tensegrity.
