In this series, we’re bringing together the basic principles of Pilates, gentle body stretches and freeform dynamic movements with music. We will also be incorporating relaxation exercises, letting the movements integrate into the body.

We will also explore the relationship between movement and music, allowing ourselves to be in the moment and enjoy the power of our free spirit.
