About the Facilitators

Blandine Bardeau studied at Concord Institute as well as the International Macrobiotic school in Devon. She has been practising wholefood home cooking for over 10 years, and has found it to be an extraordinary contribution to her life and well-being. She loves teaching what she has learnt over the years, and inspire others to bring this practice into their lives.

Françoise Auvray has trained & taught wholefood cooking at Concord Institute for many years. She lives and works on a farm in Saint Lo, Normandy creating meals that could not be more fresh from the ground. She l
oves the connection that food gives us to the Earth, our home.

Each recipe in this series is rich in flavour, umami goodness and free of refined sugars. All the dishes are vegan with the exception of the terrine, which calls for eggs, but has a vegan option provided (silken tofu).
