Join us for a five-week yoga series on Monday evenings, offering you the time and space to inhabit your body, quiet your mind and empower the beginning of your week.

Our practise will be guided by asking ourselves what we require; physically, mentally and energetically.

Before movement begins, we will acknowledge our needs and what is being called for, to ensure our yoga practise is aligned and guided with a clear intention for the week.

We will then allow the power of the movement, breath and stillness to provide us with the energy and clarity to support this intention.

The series is facilitated by Anita Caslin, who teaches by connecting to the group and adapting each session to meet the needs of each person and the group as a whole.

Classes may be more restorative or invite a more energising approach, depending on what is needed by those who are present. Modifications will always be given.
