You are invited to join us for this morning bodywork series.

It is an opportunity to begin the day by cultivating a space of quiet and stillness. We can create a moment for ourselves to wake up gently, allowing a sense of groundedness and clarity to be with us throughout the day.

In this short one-hour session, we will be engaging in gentle breathing techniques, simple stretches, and body movements that are accessible to everybody at all levels of experience.

A simple light breakfast will also be available after the session from 9am – 10am, if you would like to stay for a little extra nourishment.
