Recapitulation – Toltecs Movement Series with Jim Morris

The Toltec movements are a set of disciplines that originate from a lineage of Seers and Shamans of Ancient Mexico. It is comprised of movements of body and breath, practices for life review, dreaming and silence.

The seers of this lineage were particularly interested in gathering energy lost during the course of one’s life, especially those moments in which a high concentration of energy was present – such as strong emotional reactions to events or others. This practice is known as Recapitulation.

By ‘Spring Cleaning’ ourselves through the art of movements and Recapitulation, we can discard old energy and allow space for new possibilities for our lives.

Over the course of this series of 6 classes, we will practice these Toltec movements and recapitulate our past intimate relationships in order to free ourselves from their grip. Reviewing our sexual history and releasing energy that binds us to the past through the art of recapitulation. One by one, using a series of Toltec movements and breathing, we will untie the threads that hold us to these stories allowing us to redirect this energy in the present time.
